 🛑 Start Your Class with Song : Govind Vavdane

 🔹 Sherpe Central level tag meeting concluded

 🔸Chinchwali:

           To reduce the fear of English subject, teachers should start the class with English.  Govind Vavdane, Tag Coordinator of Sherpe Center and graduate teacher of Kurangwane Khairat School, said 'Start Your Class with a Song' at Chinchwali Middle School.

           The tag started with a welcome ceremony.  At that time, Prabha Akivate, Headmistress of Chinchwali Middle School, welcomed everyone with a bouquet of flowers and wished them good luck for the tag.  Anil Khot introduced, while Aruna Valvekar gave vote of thanks.

           Guidance was provided for continuous professional and personal development of teachers.  Teachers were also urged to keep their knowledge of English up to date by completing various necessary English trainings through the website launched by the British Council.

           An English video was shown and there was a group discussion on it.  Teachers should also understand pronunciation in English using podcasts.  TAG coordinator Govind Vavdane also asserted that the class should start with an English poem while teaching in the actual classroom.

           All the TAG teachers actively participated in the discussions held in the TAG meeting.
